Student verification
To qualify for student rates, you must be enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited institution. You will be required to provide proof of your student status (student ID or letter from your institution) after the registration process, closer to the date of the conference. Student fees only apply to a student status at the time of the conference (November 2026).
PhDs are seen as professionals, and cannot register under the student fee.
Special requirements
During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to indicate your dietary restrictions, accessibility needs or other special requirements.
We are committed to making this conference accessible and inclusive for all participants.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations received by October 18 2026 (CET, 23h59) will receive a full refund, minus a 50€ processing fee.
- Cancellations received between October 19 and November 5 2026 (CET, 23h59) will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after November 5 2026.
Registration may be transferred to another person at no additional costs. In this case, please contact the organizing committee.
