What is included in your standard conference registration fee?

• Opening social event (Monday November 16th)
• Full access to all conference sessions
• Daily morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks during the conference (Tue-Fri)
• Daily lunch during the conference (Tue-Fri)
• Conference materials and program

For the conference dinner, your fee includes organized bus transport to and from the dinner location.

Travel grants

A limited number of travel grants will be available to attend the World Conference. 
All information (eligibility, application process, ...) will be announced through the website and the news letter in the coming months.

Student verification

To qualify for student rates, you must be enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited institution. You will be required to provide proof of your student status (student ID or letter from your institution) during the registration process.

PhDs are seen as professionals, and cannot register under the student fee.

Special requirements

During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to indicate your dietary restrictions, accessibility needs or other special requirements. 

We are committed to making this conference accessible and inclusive for all participants.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations received by October 18 2026 (CET, 23h59) will receive a full refund, minus a 50€ processing fee.
• Cancellations received between October 19 and November 5 2026 (CET, 23h59) will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after November 5 2026.

Registration may be transferred to another person at no additional costs. In this case, please contact the organizing committee.
